2-in-1 Sinking De-Icer

Can be used as either a sinking or drain-plug de-Icer. The power cord plug is specially designed to fit through a 3/4" drain hole, and a patented drain plug adapter seals around the cord to provide care-free routing. Operates at the bottom of the tank where it is less likely to be disturbed by livestock, protecting both equipment and animals. Thermostatic control coupled with thermal feedback protects the unit from overheating. Positioning the thermostat above the the heating element ensures safety in low-water conditions. Recommended for 100-300 gallons of water
