TESKEY’S GUARANTEE -
Teskey's offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, immediately check each item carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return that product within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. BACKORDERS -
Teskey’s does not carry a live inventory on our website and as a result not all items shown online will be immediately in stock. We will make every attempt to have all items from your order available to you, however, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We are not able to backorder an item that sells for less than $20.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact Teskey’s immediately so that we can guarantee cancellation. If the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation, and in most cases will not be able to cancel it. If you do not contact us before the order is processed, you may still receive the shipment. In this case you may return the order to us for a refund, minus the shipping charges accrued by us to send the item to you. If you email us and have not gotten a response that the order has been cancelled, please call the store to verify we process the cancellation, otherwise your order may proceed.
PRICING OR TYOPGRAPHICAL ERRORS -
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.Teskey's is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.
SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS -
You may not combine special offers or promotions (ie: free shipping, coupon codes, sales, clearance, etc.) Standard exclusions apply for all promotions (see free shipping for exclusion list). Clearance items are final and no returns are allowed. We reserve the right at any time to add other items to this list.
SADDLE POLICY -
Saddle Guarantee - All saddles have a conditional 3 to 10 year guarantee on the tree and the workmanship to the original purchaser with receipt. If the saddle does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within ten (10) days of receiving it. The customer will pay for shipment back to Teskey's, and a full refund will be given after the saddle is returned minus the original shipping charges. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use, the customer will pay a restocking fee.
Saddle Delivery - All of our in-stock saddles on our website are available immediately. Once you place your order it is processed within 1-2 business days and final delivery will depend on the carrier chosen. Some of our saddles are examples of customized saddles, they can be custom made to your specifications and will take between 8 and 10 weeks to receive.
*Due to high volume of theft after delivery, we will now require a direct signature on all saddle deliveries valued at $1000 or above to verify that you receive your order.You must be available at time of delivery to sign for your saddle or it will be returned after three attempts. If you are not available after three attempts and the saddle is sent back to us, we can reship it to you for an additional charge or refund you for the saddle minus the return shipping charges.
Saddle Returns - If you need to return a saddle, you may contact us throughRETURNS@TESKEYS.COM. You must have a Return Authorization Number before you can return or exchange any merchandise including saddles. Once you contact us requesting a return we will respond via email with your RA number and instructions. A return label may be purchased at this time for $75.
CATALOGS -
Unfortunately, we no longer produce a printed catalog. We do have the majority of our products on our website, but in the event that you cannot find something you are looking for, feel free to give us a call and we can see if it’s something we carry or can get for you.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES -
Teskey's accepts applications during normal business hours. In the event that no openings are currently available, Teskey's will accept your application and keep on file for 30-60 days.
