ORDER PROCESSING -
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. During November and December orders may take up to 3-4 business days depending on order volume.
Processing times may be longer during sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING SPEEDS -
Shipping methods refer to the estimated transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Selecting an expedited shipping option does not reduce order processing time.
Orders placed after the daily carrier pickup, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next available business day.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS -
Most shipments arrive within 2-4 business days after they have been shipped.
FedEx and UPS pick up from our warehouse once each business day. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment confirmation to become active.
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's network and may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond Teskey's control.
Orders shipping to a USPS P.O. Box may require shipment via USPS or another available carrier service, which may result in longer transit times.
USPS
Most USPS shipments arrive within 5-10 business days after they have been shipped.
Delivery attempts are made at the discretion of USPS. If delivery cannot be completed, your package may be held at your local post office or returned to sender. Please contact your local post office for questions regarding delivery attempts or package pickup.
P.O. Box Addresses: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to most USPS P.O. Box addresses. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will automatically be sent via USPS. If USPS service is not available or if additional shipping charges are required, Teskey's will contact you before shipping your order.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
FREE SHIPPING -
Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States unless excluded below.
Free shipping orders are shipped using the most economical shipping method selected by Teskey's. Transit times may be longer than paid shipping options.
Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international orders.

Standard Shipping -
Standard shipping transit times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Most FedEx Ground and UPS Ground shipments arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on destination.

Express Shipping -
Express shipping options receive priority processing and will ship using the expedited service selected.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next BUSINESS day.
Saturday delivery may not be available in all locations and may require additional charges.
Express Shipping Disclaimer: Teskey's guarantees that express orders meeting our processing cutoff times will be shipped within our stated processing timeframe using the expedited service selected.
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, mechanical issues, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond Teskey's control. Shipping charges are not refundable for delays resulting from these events.
SHIPPING CHARGES -
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination of your order. Shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates based on the information available at the time the order is placed.
Certain oversized or specialty items, including many products excluded from free shipping promotions, may require additional shipping charges based on size, weight, or freight requirements.
If additional shipping charges are required, a Teskey's team member will contact you to discuss the available shipping options and obtain approval before any additional charges are applied.
Examples of items that may require additional shipping charges include:
- Oversized packages (generally exceeding 12" × 12" × 12")
- Heavy liquid or semi-liquid products
- Roping dummies
- Large artwork
- Freight-only items
- Other unusually large or heavy products

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT -
In an effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box and may not include a packing slip.
ADDRESS CHANGES -
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to update the shipping address before the order is processed or shipped. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel the order so that a new order can be placed with the correct shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Teskey’s is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
SECURITY -
To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Teskey's reserves the right to place any order on hold for additional verification.
If your order requires verification, a member of our team will contact you with instructions. You may be asked to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID.
- A photo of the payment card used for the purchase showing only the last four digits. Please cover all other card numbers before sending the image.
This information is used solely to verify the transaction and help protect both our customers and Teskey's from unauthorized purchases.

Teskey's reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent.
PHONE ORDERS
To better protect our customers' payment information, Teskey's does not accept credit card numbers over the phone.
If you place an order by phone, we may send you a secure electronic invoice so you can complete your payment online at your convenience.
LOST, DAMAGED & UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS -
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Teskey's as soon as possible so we can help determine the best course of action.
Teskey's offers optional Order Protection on all online orders placed through our website. Order Protection helps protect eligible shipments against loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues that occur during transit. For your convenience, Order Protection is automatically added at checkout but may be removed before completing your purchase.
FILING A CLAIM -
If you purchased Order Protection, file your claim with the Order Protection provider using your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
If you declined Order Protection, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Teskey's will gladly assist with reasonable carrier-related inquiries and provide available shipping information or documentation when possible. However, Teskey's is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
CLAIM DEADLINES -
Order Protection
- Loss, theft, or non-delivery claims must be submitted within 30 days.
- Damage claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Claims may require photographs of the product and packaging, along with other documentation requested by the Order Protection provider, such as a notarized incident statement.
Carrier Claims
Carrier claim deadlines and requirements vary by carrier. Please file your claim as soon as possible.

Teskey's will gladly provide any shipping information or documentation needed to assist with your claim when available.
ORDER ERRORS & SHORTAGES -
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order is missing an item, contains the wrong item, or you believe there is another fulfillment error, please notify Teskey's within 72 hours of delivery.
If your shipment arrives with visible shipping damage, please retain all packaging materials, take photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item, and contact Teskey's as soon as possible. We may request this information to assist with a shipping or Order Protection claim.

Failure to report shortages or shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery may affect our ability to replace missing or damaged merchandise.
REFUSED/UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS -
If an order is refused, returned to Teskey's, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the shipment, the customer is responsible for any shipping and return shipping charges incurred.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs required to reship the order must be paid before the order will be shipped again.
IN-STORE PICK UP -
Orders placed for In-Store Pickup are typically processed within 2 hours if submitted before 4:00 p.m. Central Time on a regular business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will generally be ready by 10:00 a.m. on the next business day.
You will receive:
- An Order Confirmation email confirming your order has been received.
- A Ready for Pickup notification when your order is available.
Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup notification before coming to the store.
Pickup orders will be held for 7 days. Reminder text messages may be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled, the merchandise will be returned to inventory, and the original payment method will be refunded.
BACKORDERED OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS -
Teskey's website reflects inventory available at our retail store. Because many of our products are available simultaneously in-store and online—including one-of-a-kind, used, and specialty items—an item may occasionally sell in-store before it can be removed from our website.
If an item in your order is no longer available, we will attempt to contact you using the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout to discuss available options, such as a backorder, substitution, or cancellation.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you for up to 7 days. If we do not receive a response within that time, the unavailable item(s) will be canceled and refunded, and any remaining in-stock items will be shipped.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Teskey's may process your order in this manner if we are unable to reach you.
DROP SHIPPING -
Certain products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier.
Drop-ship orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after order processing, although delivery times may vary by vendor.
Please note:
- Expedited shipping is not available.
- Drop-ship items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
- Promotional discounts, including Free Shipping offers, may not apply.
- Tracking information may not be available for all drop-ship orders.
- If your order contains both drop-ship and in-stock items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and other government assessments required by the destination country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority or the shipping carrier and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.
If you have questions regarding import fees or restrictions, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES -
At this time, Teskey's is unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
IMPORT RESTRICTIONS -
Many countries have import regulations that restrict certain products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import laws and regulations of their destination country.
For example, Australia and New Zealand have strict biosecurity regulations that prohibit or restrict the import of many used animal products, including used saddles, tack, horse blankets, and similar equipment. These items often require specialized government-certified cleaning and documentation that Teskey's cannot provide.
As a result, Teskey's is unable to ship used, pre-owned, or consignment items to Australia, New Zealand, and other countries with similar import restrictions.
If an order contains restricted items, those items may be canceled and refunded prior to shipment whenever possible.
Some new products may also be subject to import restrictions or customs refusal depending on the destination country's regulations.
If an international shipment is refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions, prohibited merchandise, or the customer's failure to meet local import requirements, the customer remains responsible for any shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other costs incurred. Any refund issued will not include these charges.
