Shipping Policies

SHIPPING PROVIDERS - 

Teskey’s partners with FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your domestic package, and FedEx International and DHL to ship your international packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used and your tracking number for your order after the label has been created.

FedEx/UPS Domestic Shipping - Typically delivered in 3-5 business days after processing your order.  FedEx/UPS picks up from our location once per day in the afternoons so please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.  You can track your package by clicking the tracking number on your confirmation email. Any shipping address that includes a P.O. Box will be shipped via Fed Ex/UPS who will then hand off to the USPS to finalize delivery (adding 5-10 days to delivery time).

USPS Shipping - Typically delivered in 5-10 business days after processing your order.  At its discretion, USPS will attempt one to two deliveries.  If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local post office or returned to sender.  If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details. 

FedEx International and DHL International Shipping - Delivery times vary by carrier and location. 

FREE SHIPPING - 

Orders over $75 could be eligible for FREE U.S. shipping (with standard exclusions). Free Shipping will always apply ONLY to the Contiguous 48 States, international orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping orders will be sent via the most economical shipping option available for your location. If you have special circumstances regarding package delivery, please give us a call to place your order over the phone so that we can help you choose the best option for you.

Standard Exclusions for All Promotions -

Saddles, Trophy and Awards, Clearance, Sale Items, certain Home Decor items, Animal Health items, “Second” Ropes, Saddle Pads, Used Tack, Sale Barn Items, The Tight Turn Flex Barrels, The Priefert Fully Retractable Barrel (set of 3), The Pole Bending Bases or any of the Roping Dummies.

Our promotions also exclude oversized items that require a box bigger than 12"x12"x12".

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES - 

Standard Shipping - If you choose a standard shipping class (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, etc.) the shipping timeframe will be calculated after a 1-2 business day processing time frame has been completed (3-4 business days during November and December). Actual processing times may vary depending on item availability. In addition, our shipping department is closed on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday. If you place your order before 1pm on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order should begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 1pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day (after 1pm Friday will process on Monday). Our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Other days may be added to this list as we are informed from our shipping providers.

Express Shipping - When an express shipping option is selected, the order will be assigned top priority so that it will ship out in the time slot requested. However, any order placed after 1pm WILL NOT be processed until the following business day and any orders placed after 1pm Friday WILL NOT process until the following MONDAY, please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping option. 

Please be aware that Saturday delivery could have additional charges or may not be available in all areas which could delay your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES -

Shipping rates are based on weight and the size of the box required and are subject to change depending on size/weight of combined items in a single order and delivery destination. 

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary, but will contact you with any changes that require additional funds.  Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12" x 12" x 12") may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates. Some roping dummies will require additional fees due to the freight services required for delivery. You will receive a call to discuss the options and update payment information. 

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT - 

In an effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box and may not include a packing slip. 

ADDRESS CHANGES - 

As you checkout you will be required to verify your shipping address. Once you confirm that the address is correct and process your order we cannot change the shipping address. If your address is not correct, we will need to cancel the original order so that you can correct the address and place the order again. If you require assistance with this give, us a call and we can cancel the original order and create an order manually over the phone with you. You will receive an invoice in your email that will allow you to enter payment information and complete your new order. If we are not contacted to cancel your order before itis processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. 

SECURITY - 

Teskey’s reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified and asked to send in your Photo ID and a photo of the front of the credit card used. We DO NOT need the entire card number only the last 4 digits, so please use your ID to cover the other numbers so that your card number is protected. In an effort to safeguard our customers and ourselves, Teskey’s will no longer accept credit cards for orders over the phone. If you call your order in to us, we will send you an invoice for you to complete at your convenience. 

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION -

Teskey’s offers Route Package Protection on all online orders placed through our website. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen, and neutralizes the carbon footprint associated with your order with a certified carbon removal project. Route is automatically added at checkout for your convenience, but can always be removed before you finalize checkout. If you have elected to purchase route protection and have a package that did not arrive satisfactorily, you can file a claim at claims.route.com. You will need your order number and email address you used in the ordering process.  Visit route.com to learn more.

Claims can be filed at claims.route.com and must be filed within 30 days of the loss, theft, or damage. Damaged items must be claimed within 15 days of delivery. Claims may require photos of the item and packaging, and customers may need to fill out an online notarized incident statement.

In the event that Route protection is declined, Teskey's cannot accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of your package and cannot refund the order.  Any issues with your package will need to be addressed with the carrier directly.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES -

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, once the package leaves our facility we have no control over the delivery of your items. If you have declined the route package protection on your order, you will need to contact the shipping provider to file a claim, otherwise visit claims.route.com to file a claim with route protection.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES -

In the event that your package arrives damaged, immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. If possible take photos of all damage and email to shipping@teskeys.com as soon as the package is received. Damages and shortages must be reported to Teskey's within 72 hours of delivery in order to be replaced.

REFUSED/UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS - 

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Teskey’s reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping. 

IN-STORE PICK UP -

If you select In-Store Pick Up as your fulfillment method, your order will be ready within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive two (2) emails. The first is just a confirmation that we received your order and will signify the start of our processing time. The second email is an email notifying that your order is ready. Please wait for this second email before attempting to pick up your order. If you arrive before you receive this  second email, your order may not be ready.

Your order will be held for 30 days after fulfillment. After this time if the order has not been picked up, it will be returned to inventory and you will be refunded.

DROP SHIPPING - 

Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the vendor. The delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after processing your order. Drop-shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available. Promotion codes, including discounts and free shipping codes may not apply. Drop-ship items may not have tracking information available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - 

Please Note: Duty and Customs fees for your order will be charged by "FEDEX" when your order enters your country. We have no control over these costs and in some cases when a small quantity has been ordered these charges may exceed the actual cost of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please call Customer Support at 888-955-2955 immediately. For further information on import Duty Charges please contact your local FEDEX office.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
