Returns

 If you did not pay full price for an item it is considered on sale or clearance. ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 

Can I Return My Purchase?

Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within thirty days of purchase. Special orders, bits, custom merchandise, ropes, or "free shipping" orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee.

Before you return your item, you must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please email us at RETURNS@TESKEYS.COM with your full name, phone number and your order number (if available) and an explanation of why you need an exchange or refund and we will contact you within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your purchase and a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges and may be responsible for shipping on returns, however exclusions may apply.

If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or in part) is returned, the actual price of the free item will be deducted from refund amount UNLESS the free item is also returned OR adjusted cost still qualifies your order for the free item. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Unfortunately, At this time we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for international orders.
To start the refund process, please send an email to Returns@Teskeys.com and include your order number and reason for returning the items and we will send you a form to return with your items and an authorization number showing that your return is approved. 

**NOTE: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st will have an extended return timeframe to accommodate Christmas purchases. If you purchase any items between these dates we will allow returns up to January 31.


Refund Process & Time Frame

Teskey's processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.


Saddle Policy

All saddles have a conditional 3 to 10 year guarantee on the tree and the workmanship to the original purchaser with receipt. If the saddle does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within ten (10) days of receiving it. The customer will pay for shipment back to Teskey's, and a full refund will be given on the saddle returned. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use, the customer pays a restocking fee. Many of our saddles are custom made and may take between 8 and 10 weeks to receive.

If you need to return a saddle, you many contact us through returns@teskeys.com and purchase a return label for the saddle for $75. 

You must have a Return Authorization Number before you can return or exchange any merchandise including saddles. Remember to contact us at RETURNS@TESKEYS.COM for a Return Authorization Number and we will contact you via email with instructions.
