All the knives in the Case Smoky Valley Sunset Autumn Bone Series feature mirror polished 1095 carbon steel blades with nail nicks. The handles are Smoky Valley Sunset Autumn jigged bone with brass pins, brass liners, and stamped nickel silver bolsters. Crafted by Case artisans as early as the 1940s, the Small Swell Center Jack was a common companion for the workers on the factory floor or out on the farm. Today this handy knife, at just 3 inches closed length and weighing in at a mere 1.7 ounces, remains a fan favorite, with its antique soda bottle shape and multi-purposed Clip and Pen blades. This knife is constructed with Case Tru-Sharp™ stainless steel which is a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel. It also offers extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance. Comes conveniently packaged in a box. Made in Bradford, PA, USA from domestic and imported materials.
