Beth Loftin is an American painter and sculptor renowned for her contemporary Western realism, portraiture, and narrative depictions of pre-technological life on the Great Plains and Rocky Mountain West.

Background & Early Life

• Roots: Born and raised in the Osage Hills of Oklahoma, Loftin developed a passion for Western art and horses during childhood.

• Education & Early Career: She began receiving commissions for portraits by age 16 and attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma on a full art scholarship.

• Studios: She spent over two decades in Montana (Bozeman and Big Timber) before dividing her time between Montana and her studio in Oklahoma.
