Loose ring cheek, medium to strong severity. 3/16" twisted wire with copper laid in the twist with mullen relief. This is a good tune up mouthpiece, the twist applies the pressure in a serrated fashion across the bars (pressure, gap, pressure, gap) allowing more feel with less pressure.
