Dennis Moreland Tack® - Function Over Fashion Since 1976

Founded in 1976 by Texas horseman Dennis Moreland, Dennis Moreland Tack has established a legendary reputation for producing some of the finest handmade training, working, and show equipment in the Western industry. Raised on a family ranch in Goldthwaite, Texas, Dennis learned early on that a rider is completely dependent on the gear they use. Driven by a core motto of "function over fashion," Moreland designs and tests every piece in close collaboration with professional trainers. While his gear is beautifully crafted and exquisite to look at, its mechanical correctness, safety, and flawless fit on a horse are always prioritized above all else.

Every single piece of Dennis Moreland hardware and leatherwork is meticulously bench-made from top-tier, long-lasting materials like heavy harness leather, premium latigo, and sweet iron. The brand is a trusted staple among serious competitor circles—particularly within cutting, reined cow horse, reining, and ranch versatility disciplines. From specialized sliding gag bits and aluminum cutter shanks to high-grade roper cinches, running martingales, and hand-braided rawhide bosals, Dennis Moreland Tack delivers an heirloom-quality investment built to withstand years of brutal daily ranch use while keeping your horse soft, responsive, and comfortable.
