This is a procedure we had to implement to protect our customers and ourselves. The system flags orders that have markers that match other known fraudulent orders. We have to verify that all customer information is accurate and then we can push the order through. We do NOT need (or want) the entire credit card number, we just need the last 4 digits showing, preferably with the name on the card also showing, but it's not as imperative, as we also need to see your photo ID to verify your identity. Usually, customers will place their license over the first 12 digits of the card number so you only have to take one photo and all the pertinent information is visible. You can reply to that email or email the shipping department directly at shipping@teskeys.com.
If you'd like to call and talk to the shipping manager to have a little more confidence in the process you can give us a call us at 888.955.2955 and ask for Kate Briggs and she can talk you through everything as well.
