When we initiate a refund on our end, it comes back out of our account on the day it is processed. It does take between 7-10 business days to return back to your account, but that time frame depends on your bank. We do sometimes have customers that will see the money back in their account within 3 days, but it seems to generally take a little longer. If you haven't seen anything by the 10th business day, you may have to give your bank a call and see if there's a hold or something on their end.
