As you can see from the photos, the Used 13.5" Billy Cook Rider Saddle is still in great condition. Yes it is still in good riding condition, and the tree is not twisted or broken. However, since it is a used item sold in our sale barn at an extremely discounted price, it is considered final sale. This means it cannot be accepted for a return or exchange if it does not fit your horse or if you do not like it once it arrives.
