- Teskey's Guarantee
- Teskey's offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return that product for an exchange, credit or refund.
- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within fifteen days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships, custom merchandise or "free shipping" orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee. Download the return form here. If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or in part) is returned, the actual price of the free item will be deducted from refund amount UNLESS the free item is also returned OR adjusted cost still qualifies your order for the free item. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.
REFUND PROCESS & TIMEFRAME
Teskey's processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.
- Saddle Policy
- All saddles have a conditional 3 to 10 year guarantee on the tree and the workmanship to the original purchaser with receipt. If the saddle does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within ten days of receiving it. The customer will pay for shipment back to Teskey's, and a full refund will be given on the saddle returned. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use, the customer pays a restocking fee. Many of our saddles are custom made and may take between 8 and 10 weeks to receive.
- Backorders
- We will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We are not able to backorder an item that sells for less than $20.
- Pricing & Specifications
- Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Teskey's is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.
- Shipping Charges
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12" x 12" x 12") may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS: All Free Shipping Promotions exclude any order which includes: The Tight Turn Flex Barrels, The Jake Steer, The Priefert Fully Retractable Barrel (set of 3), And The Pole Bending Bases. These promotions also exclude saddle orders unless specifically targeting saddles. Free Shipping will always only apply to the Contiguous 48 States only. Returns on FREE SHIPPING orders may be charged a minimal restocking fee.
ATTN: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Please note Duty and Customs fees will be applied to your order by "FEDEX" when your order enters your country. We have no control over these cost and in some cases when a small quantity has been ordered these charges may exceed the actual cost of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please call Customer Support at 888-955-2955 immediately. For further information on import Duty Charges please contact your local FEDEX office.
- Damages & Shortages
- Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Teskey's within 72 hours.
- Employment Opportunities
- Teskey's accepts applications at either location during normal business hours. In the event that no openings are currently available, Teskey's will hold your application for 30-60 days from submission and you will be contacted if you qualify for an open position during that time.
